Rose Heuring, Client Services Manager
Prior to serving in her current position at Eberle Associates, Rose Heuring worked in the finance department of a lettershop. This background provides Rose — and therefore all Eberle Associates clients — with invaluable knowledge of the workings and scheduling of this critical part of the direct mail process.

Responsible for accumulation, tabulation, tracking and resolution of all Eberle Associates clients' financial matters, Rose also administers the Revolving Postage Account and coordinates with all of the letter shops to ensure that adequate postage funds are available.

It is Rose who checks the accuracy of all vendor invoices and statements prior to sending them on to the Escrow Agent for payment. In addition, Rose keeps a watchful eye on the credit standing of all company clients. Clients can track daily progress of their campaigns thanks to Rose's updating and supervision of Eberle Associates' online BlueBook. Rose is responsible for monthly distribution of Accounts Payable and monthly performance analysis reports to all clients.

Born and raised in Maryland, Rose now lives with her husband, Tom, and their dog, Sam in Northern Virginia. Rose says "he's the love of my life," but does that mean the dog or her husband since there are pictures of both on her desk?
